Dr. Theodoros Christodoulides graduated from the Medical School of the University of Patras and completed his specialization in Cardiology at Nicosia General Hospital. He went on to subspecialize in heart failure, completing the Post Graduate Course in Heart Failure offered by the University of Zurich and the European Heart Academy. Through this subspecialization, he focuses on advanced heart failure and the management of patients with ventricular assist devices (VADs).
He holds a Master's degree in Health Services Management from the Open University of Cyprus, and has completed certification through the Educational Committee for Foreign Medical Graduates (ECFMG) in the United States.
He served as President of the Board of Directors of the Cyprus Society of Cardiology and as President of the Heart Failure Working Group. In recognition of his academic and administrative contributions, he was elected Fellow of the European Society of Cardiology (FESC) and Fellow of the Heart Failure Association (FHFA). He is also a member of the Cyprus Medical Association.
